Brevo is looking for a Partnership Account Manager to build its UK partner ecosystem, recruiting agencies and integrators to produce Enterprise pipeline and co-sell alongside the UK sales team. The role is responsible for partner recruitment, activation, and enablement, as well as revenue generation and co-selling.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development in SaaS, with a focus on Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms
  • Proven track record of recruiting and activating partners that drive Enterprise and Mid-Market revenue
  • Deep knowledge of the UK partner ecosystem and experience with Partner Relationship Management software
  • Ability to own discovery calls, account mapping sessions, and co-selling alongside AEs into Enterprise buyers
  • Self-starter who thrives in a greenfield environment
  • Knowledge of competitor partner programs and the UK partner landscape
  • Experience with e-commerce ecosystems and related UK agency partners
  • Prior experience building partner programs from the ground up in a startup or scale-up
