Lead QA Engineer

Bragi is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join their team. The role is remote, but you are welcome to join the Munich office. As the Lead Engineer for Bragi's manual testing domain, you will be responsible for firmware and system software validation, defining and maintaining the QA Domain Roadmap, and mentoring QA engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a lead, senior, or technical leadership role
• Strong experience in system validation, including firmware validation, hardware-software integration, and working with devboards
• Proven ability to define test strategies, validation plans, and align them with UX specifications, requirements, and standards
• Ability to mentor QA engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development across teams
• Proficient in both manual and test automation (PyTest, Appium)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration for QA processes
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and manual validation workflows
