Senior ML/AI Engineer (Colombia)

As a Senior ML/AI Engineer, you'll take full ownership of AI and ML capabilities, designing, building, and deploying core AI systems from the ground up, spanning on-device inference and cloud-based models. You'll work closely with product, design, mobile, and backend teammates to translate high-level vision into production-grade AI features like intelligent recommendations and context-aware suggestions.

Requirements

• Professional AI/ML engineering experience building and shipping production AI systems for consumer mobile or web apps
• Deep hands-on experience with on-device ML
• Practical experience with cloud AI/LLMs
• Proven success owning 0-to-1 AI projects or leading major ML initiatives
• Strong product sense and collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills and ability to discuss AI trade-offs
