Your contribution to something big:

  • Operational excellence: You ensure that our data pipelines are working as expected are resilient and scalable collaborating with others for interfaces (data warehouses, data lakes and data hubs).
  • Customer orientation: A customer-oriented mindset is paramount on your activities, our business relies on us to provide the data they need to take business decisions.
  • Think holistically: You ensure the high quality of the analytic solution identifying and executing areas of optimization in the existing analytics landscape and data models throughout the respective solution lifecycle.
  • Live cooperation: Close collaboration and comunication with the development team, external development partners, our internal customers, solutions manager, and IT Architects is key to the success of our project.

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: University degree in information technology, mathematics, economics, business informatics or a comparable experience.
  • Experience: 5 years professional experience in the field of IT, particularly in the operations domain of data analytics, data warehousing and cloud computing.
  • Knowledge: Very good knowledge of technologies in the Microsoft Technology stack, SQL Server, Management studio, SSIS and SSAS are a most. Also, working knowledge of SAP, Azure and Databricks technologies are a nice to have. Working proficiency in the programming languages (SQL and Python) and analytical tools (Azure cloud and Power BI).
  • Data quality management: Knowledge of data validation, error detection and maintaining accurate datasets.
  • Analytical Thinking: Breaking down problems into structured, data-backed solutions
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in operational data and process execution.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Languages: Very good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Personality: Proactivity, Resilience and communicative.
