As a Social Media Manager you’ll be a key force in shaping Booksy’s brand presence across the beauty, health, and wellness industry, connecting with both our B2B and B2C audiences. This role is your chance to sit at the heart of our marketing team, leading social storytelling, creating impactful platform-native content, and driving community growth and engagement across key channels.

Working as a team is crucial here, and you’ll be collaborating with content creators, designers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute high-performing social campaigns that directly support brand awareness and business results. If you're wired to take initiative, solve problems, and own the end-to-end outcome of your work, you'll find great opportunities to grow in this role.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Booksy’s social media channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (static, video, stories, reels) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with external agencies, influencers, and partners to scale reach and drive high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and community insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyze results, report on performance, and optimize activities based on data and business priorities.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, PR moments, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in developing and executing social media strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in content creation, including writing copy, creating visuals, and basic graphic design.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using tools like CapCut and Canva.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Strong ability to monitor social trends and platform algorithm dynamics.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) for clear, concise communication across teams.
  • A strong ownership mindset with excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail competencies.
