We’re a family-owned IT staffing company based in Lisbon, founded by Bogdan Furundzhi after more than two decades in recruitment and workforce operations. Our original idea came in 2018, when Bogdan saw an opportunity to bring the operating discipline used in large outstaffing programs to IT talent services. The practice operated inside a partnership from 2019 until Bonapolia incorporated as an independent company in 2023.

Today, our five-person team works with product companies and IT consultancies across Europe and the United States. We provide staff augmentation, where individual engineers join an existing client team, and dedicated teams assembled around a product or technical workstream. We handle sourcing, screening, contracts, administration, and replacements, while clients retain control of priorities and technical decisions. Every shortlist is reviewed internally, and we intentionally avoid body-shop bench logic. Since 2023, we have placed more than 50 senior engineers for around ten clients across six countries.
