E2E Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E2E Architect to design, integrate and deliver private 4G/5G networks for industrial and enterprise customers across France and Europe. This is a senior hands‑on architecture role where you will act as the technical authority across end‑to‑end solutions, ensuring consistency, performance and compliance from design through to commissioning and acceptance. You will lead complex integrations across RAN, Core, Transport and use‑case applications, guide delivery teams, interface with vendors and partners, and engage confidently with customers on technical topics.

What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Act as the technical authority for Private 4G/5G solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Own and validate HLD/LLD designs for 4G/5G Core, IP Transport and end‑to‑end architectures.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, scalability and contractual requirements.
  • Define and validate end‑to‑end test strategies, acceptance criteria and procedures.
  • Act as the technical escalation point during design, integration, commissioning and acceptance phases.

Integration & Delivery

  • Drive end‑to‑end integration of:
    • 4G/5G Core (EPC & SA)
    • RAN (desirable)
    • IP Transport & Security
    • Use‑case applications (MCPTT, MCX, SBC, IPBX)
  • Lead integration of RAN and Core vendors into the delivery portfolio.
  • Ensure high‑quality integration across vendors, partners and subcontractors.
  • Maintain high‑quality technical documentation (designs, test plans, as‑built).

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers in a clear, professional and structured way to support design decisions and delivery.
  • Manage technical interfaces with vendors, partners and subcontractors.
  • Support local Pre‑Sales teams when required with expert technical input.
  • Work closely with Technical Project Managers to support planning, execution and reporting.

Standardisation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Standardise delivery templates, architectures and documentation.
  • Deliver technical training to customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods and technical frameworks.

Key Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Managing complex technical interfaces across multiple vendors
  • Aligning internal stakeholders across architecture, delivery and operations
  • Working with industrial customers unfamiliar with radio‑telco environments

About You

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in senior‑level deployment and integration of 4G/5G networks
  • Background in industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, transport, logistics, energy or process industries
  • Proven experience leading technically complex projects end‑to‑end

Technical Expertise

You bring strong, demonstrable expertise across:

  • 4G/5G Core (EPC, 5G SA), IMS
  • LTE & 5G RAN
  • IP Transport, Backhaul & Security
  • MCx / MCPTT, SBC, IP‑PBX integration
  • Cloud & Virtualisation (Kubernetes, Docker, Proxmox, VMware)
  • Linux‑based operating systems and environments
  • IP networking & routing (BGP/eBGP, OSPF/IS‑IS, TCP/IP, load balancing)
  • Strong knowledge of 3GPP and ETSI standards
