Crew Chief (Land Surveying) | Southern CT | Bohler

As a Crew Chief at Bohler, you’ll use advanced Trimble GPS and robotic total station technology to deliver surveys that set the standard for accuracy. You’ll lead all phases of field surveying, coordinate field operations, manage data collection, and ensure the accuracy and quality of every survey.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of field experience using robotic total stations and data collectors
• Experience with Trimble equipment and software preferred
• Strong math, computer, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varied terrain and weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and stay overnight as needed
• Self-motivated with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
