Deine Aufgaben

  • Installation und Konfiguration von Boardwise für mehrere Clients auf der Azure-Plattform
  • Fehlerbehebungund Lösung technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Azure-Diensten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Analyse von Anforderungen und Entwicklunggeeigneter Lösungen
  • Pflege undWeiterentwicklung dertechnischen Dokumentation (Installationsanweisungen etc.)
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserungvon Deployment-Automatisierungund Cloud-Architektur
  • Technischer Support für Kunden bei Bedarf (remote)
  • EngeZusammenarbeit mitdem internen Entwicklungsteam bei technischen Herausforderungen
  • Optimierung von Bereitstellung, Performance und Architektur

Dein Profil

Mut zur Lücke! Es ist uns wichtig, dass du motiviert bist, deine Stärken einzubringen und Neues zu lernen!

    • Zwingend: Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld (Azure/M365)
    • Mindestens 1Jahr Erfahrung als AzureAdministrator oder im DevOps-Umfeld
    • Gute Kenntnisse der Azure-Plattform, dem Microsoft CloudAdoption Frameworkund relevanter Dienste (M365/Exchange Online,Teams,EntraID, AzureDevOps)
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Erfahrung im technischenKundensupport
    • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
