Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with significant experience in value-based care analytics, ideally within a healthcare or primary care setting
- Proficiency with SQL, familiarity with LookerML, and expertise in business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience building analytical models from data imported from healthcare clinical and administrative systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy
