Requirements
- Healthcare transactional attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- In-house experience at a healthcare technology company preferred
- OIG compliance experience ideal
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the United States
- Member in good standing of at least one State Bar
