Training & Enablement

  • Design role‑based training strategies and learning journeys aligned to adult learning principles.
  • Develop and coordinate training materials, walkthroughs, job aids, and enablement resources.
  • Partner with SMEs and process owners to ensure training reflects real‑world scenarios and end‑user needs.

Readiness, Adoption & Measurement

  • Design and administer business readiness surveys; analyze results and identify risks and mitigation actions.
  • Develop post‑go‑live adoption and reinforcement plans to close adoption gaps.
  • Define, track, and report adoption KPIs and OKRs tied to usage, behavior change, and value realization.
