At Blue Coding, we specialize in hiring excellent developers and amazing people from all over Latin America and other parts of the world. For the past 11 years, we’ve helped cutting-edge companies in the United States and Canada build great development teams and develop great products. Large multinationals, digital agencies, Saas providers, and software consulting firms are just a few of our clients. Our team of over 150 engineers, project managers, QA, UX/UI designers, and many more is distributed in more than 10 countries across the Americas. We are a fully remote company working with a wide array of technologies, and we have expertise in every stage of the software development process.
Our team is highly connected, united, and culturally diverse, and our collaborators are involved in many initiatives around the world, from wildlife preservation to volunteering at local charities. We stand for honesty, fairness, respect, efficiency, hard work, and cooperation.
This position is open exclusively to candidates based in LATAM countries.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join one of our U.S.-based clients, which is a dynamic technology company that builds and maintains Salesforce solutions for a diverse portfolio of organizations. They work across multiple industries, supporting over 50 clients by developing and optimizing Salesforce environments that drive growth, efficiency, and better user experiences.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team composed of architects, developers, project managers, and QA engineers. You’ll play a critical part in designing, automating, and integrating Salesforce systems that enhance client operations and scale with their business needs.
This is a hands-on and client-facing position, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through smart Salesforce automation and integrations, while working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

What's unique about this job?

You’ll work with a variety of clients, helping them leverage Salesforce more effectively. Every project will challenge your problem-solving and technical creativity as you build scalable solutions using Salesforce Flow, integrations, and data automation.
You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your work, research new solutions, and collaborate directly with other team members. The ideal person thrives in environments where curiosity, common sense, and independence are key, someone who can see the big picture and take ownership to drive things forward

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce Flows, automations, and process logic to streamline operations.
  • Designed and managed connections, data imports, and software integrations within Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to define requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement and test new features, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across multiple clients.
  • Perform data management tasks including data uploads, imports, and clean-ups (using tools like Data Loader and Excel).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, automation errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration, security, and documentation.
  • Participate in integration projects using third-party tools such as Make.com or WordPress connections.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes across multiple organizations.

You will shine if you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow, including the ability to design and implement complex, multi-step automations and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of connections, imports, data management, and software queries within Salesforce.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations with external tools such as Make.com, WordPress, or API-based connections.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data handling, imports, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including user management, permission sets, validation rules, process optimization, and security settings.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (2–3 most common ones preferred, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
  • Curious and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Client-oriented mindset, capable of understanding business needs and translating them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
