Product Support Manager at Blue Bird Corporation. Responsible for achieving parts & service sales goals. Liaison between Blue Bird Corporation and dealer / fleet parts and service departments.

Requirements

  • Liaison between Blue Bird Corporation and its dealers in a specified geographic region.
  • Assist dealers/fleet customers in developing an annual business plan designed to achieve or exceed the annual target levels
  • Set sales and service business targets for dealers / fleet accounts and monitor performance metrics.
  • Visit each dealer at least twice a year with most dealers being visited quarterly.
  • Provide product, systems and sales training to dealers and end customers, as required
