Requirements
- Liaison between Blue Bird Corporation and its dealers in a specified geographic region.
- Assist dealers/fleet customers in developing an annual business plan designed to achieve or exceed the annual target levels
- Set sales and service business targets for dealers / fleet accounts and monitor performance metrics.
- Visit each dealer at least twice a year with most dealers being visited quarterly.
- Provide product, systems and sales training to dealers and end customers, as required
