Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar
- Confidence in picking up the phone, following scripts, and asking open-ended questions
- Attention to detail in tracking information in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Structured thinking and organization skills
