Bloomerang is seeking a Business Development Program Manager to drive performance and revenue impact in their sales team. The role will involve designing, delivering, and iterating on enablement programs and training, as well as maintaining accurate sales processes and high-impact communications.
Requirements
- Assist in onboarding new sellers
- Build seller skills through coaching, group training, and targeted programs
- Drive change management and adoption of new processes and changes across the sales organization
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop solutions and strategies that improve team performance
