About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Innovation and Design Practice Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading our innovation initiatives and leading a team of designers, strategists, and technologists to deliver exceptional digital solutions to our clients.

We’re looking for a talented Innovation and Design Practice lead who wants to:

• Lead the innovation and design practice, setting the strategic direction and vision for the team.
• Drive the ideation and development of innovative digital solutions that address our clients' business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to design.
• Partner with business development and sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop compelling proposals and pitches.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and guidance on leveraging digital innovation to drive business success.
• Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the practice.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Act as a thought leader in the fields of innovation, design thinking, and emerging technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

The base salary for this role will be between $175,000 -$225,000 per annum plus bonus.

For this role, we will consider candidates based in New York, Ohio and Texas, as well as other locations: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

About You

You’ll bring extensive innovation and design experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be comfortable developing and strengthening peer-to-peer level relationships at all levels with our clients.

Ideally, you will have as much of the following experience as possible:

• Proven track record of leadership in a design or innovation role, within a consulting or agency environment.
• Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the development and delivery of digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a business context.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Passion for staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
