Requirements
- LL.B or J.D. and/or called to the Ontario bar.
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate law or relevant legal practice.
- Strong understanding of the corporate legal environment and law firm dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, relationship management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and build a program from the ground up.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite and comfort with learning new technology.
