The Chief of Staff to the President & Head of Strategic Programs will work directly with the President and executive team to drive the company's highest-priority bets, increasing clarity, accelerating decisions, and strengthening accountability. The role will also help build the operating culture required to scale by reinforcing the standards, behaviors, and leadership norms of a high-performance company.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, program leadership, management consulting, product operations, or other highly cross-functional execution roles
- Exceptional systems thinking and the ability to quickly understand how priorities, teams, decisions, and incentives connect across a business
- Strong track record of driving execution in fast-moving, high-growth, or high-change environments
- High trust, high EQ, and the ability to operate credibly with senior leaders while earning respect across the organization
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and complexity into action
- Strong ownership, urgency, and bias for action
- The ability to bring order and momentum to messy situations without creating unnecessary process or drag
