About the Role
Role Type: 1099 (independent contractor)
Time Commitment: Approximately 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to appropriately manage the coach/client relationship that meets Future's Standards of Performance
Location: Remote (residence in approved state)
Responsibilities:
As a Performance Coach, you will:
- Work remotely and independently to deliver client programming and communication through our innovative tools.
- Thrive in a competitive and performance based environment measured on your ability to retain clients.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of peers within your team and receive guidance from your direct manager.
- Have the option participate in team and company-wide meetings to align with company objectives and goals.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and on-camera communication skills as you guide your clients to define goals, get the most out of your programming, and uncover opportunities for progress.
- Develop effective, engaging fitness programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.
- Utilize a variety of features and strategies to provide your clients with the guidance, accountability, and motivation they need to push past plateaus and achieve results.
- Stay organized in order to proactively anticipate client needs.
- Follow Future’s Standards of Performance to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for each client.

You Have:
- Exceptional written and on-camera communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sport Science, Sport Psychology, Kinesiology, Health, and Wellness or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in coaching or training with elite professional and collegiate athletes or in a general population setting
- CSCS, NASM, SCCC, ACSM, CFSC (preferred)
