Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC or performance marketing campaigns at scale.
- Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals: bidding, budget allocation, scaling, testing, and performance optimization.
- Track record of scaling spend while maintaining or improving profitability (ROAS / contribution margin).
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid media budgets of at least $30,000/month.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or complex account structures.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make clear, confident decisions based on it.
- Structured way of working with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in high-volume environments.
