Join our Business Development team as a Business Development Manager in any European country (EU preferred).
Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining good relationship with the assigned existing clients and ensuring consistent, proactive account management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively look for solutions to fulfil them.
- Perform lead generation activities, attract new clients and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate filling of RFI questionnaires.
- Coordinate RFPs of the assigned accounts.
- Coordinate preparation for bid defense meetings and lead them.
- Create account plans of the assigned clients and proactively maintain them.
- Ensure completion of the assigned sales goals.
- Initiate and lead client meetings.
- Represent the company in professional conferences and events.
- Support execution of sales strategy and sales plans.
- Maintain company CRM system.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Life Sciences, Business or other University degree of relevant field.
- At least 2-4-years of experience in sales or account management role in similar field.
- Fluency in English, both, oral and written communication. Knowledge of any other language is advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of sales relevant systems, e.g. SalesForce (advantage).
- Self-confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills
