Business Development Manager

Join our Business Development team as a Business Development Manager in any European country (EU preferred).

Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining good relationship with the assigned existing clients and ensuring consistent, proactive account management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and proactively look for solutions to fulfil them.
• Perform lead generation activities, attract new clients and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate filling of RFI questionnaires.
• Coordinate RFPs of the assigned accounts.
• Coordinate preparation for bid defense meetings and lead them.
• Create account plans of the assigned clients and proactively maintain them.
• Ensure completion of the assigned sales goals.
• Initiate and lead client meetings.
• Represent the company in professional conferences and events.
• Support execution of sales strategy and sales plans.
• Maintain company CRM system.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Life Sciences, Business or other University degree of relevant field.
• At least 2-4-years of experience in sales or account management role in similar field.
• Fluency in English, both, oral and written communication. Knowledge of any other language is advantage.
• Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of sales relevant systems, e.g. SalesForce (advantage).
• Self-confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Teamwork and ownership
