Requirements

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be a key driver in evolving a platform that merges traditional software excellence with modern AI capabilities.

• Full-Stack Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.
• AI Integration: Architect and deploy AI-driven features that automate the analysis of complex data, enhancing the core value proposition of the platform.
• Workflow Orchestration: Utilize n8n to build, manage, and optimize sophisticated automation workflows, connecting disparate systems to streamline internal and external processes.
• System Architecture: Take ownership of the end-to-end technical lifecycle, from initial system design and database modeling to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner closely with product and legal experts to translate complex requirements into technical reality, while providing guidance and code reviews for the engineering team.
• Product Excellence: Own system health by leading triage, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the platform remains robust as it scales globally.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering.
• Expert proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Proven experience working with AI/LLM integrations and building features that leverage generative models.
• Hands-on experience with n8n (or similar low-code/no-code orchestration tools) for complex workflow automation.
• Strong foundation in database management and API design.
• Advanced verbal and written skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience in the LegalTech or Compliance sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in prompt engineering or fine-tuning AI models for specific data extraction tasks.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
