Join BigID as an Inbound Sales Development Representative and be part of an elite, high-performing SDR team inside one of the most innovative companies in data security, privacy, and AI governance. You will own the evaluation and conversion of enterprise inbound demand, determining which opportunities should move forward and ensuring high-quality pipeline for our enterprise sales team.
Requirements
- Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from marketing programs, events, content downloads, and webinars.
- Own speed-to-lead execution while maintaining high qualification standards, ensuring the sales team spends time only on real opportunities.
- Evaluate inbound demand and determine which opportunities warrant deeper engagement, ensuring the sales team focuses on the highest-value prospects.
- Be accountable for converting inbound interest into qualified meetings and pipeline that drives revenue.
- Partner closely with marketing, AEs, SEs, and CSMs to ensure every lead is maximized and progressed.
- Learn to work enterprise accounts strategically over time by researching stakeholders, multithreading, and building account intelligence.
- Use modern sales technology and AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and work efficiently at scale.
- Develop strong foundational sales skills, including discovery, qualification, objection handling, and business-value conversations.
