Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training and experience
- Proven outside sales experience, particularly in industrial sales
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships, both internally and externally
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple projects
- Flexibility and a strong work ethic
- Clean driving record and willingness to drive a company-branded vehicle
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips and long periods of driving
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
