Bespoke Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, research, and operations roles, sourcing and closing top talent in a competitive AI hiring market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or in AI/ML
- Strong sourcing skills and a network in the AI/engineering talent market
- Ability to move fast, operate independently, and wear multiple hats
- Excellent judgment on candidate quality and culture fit
- Familiarity with AI/ML roles and terminology
- Ability to hire for non-technical roles (e.g. operations) is nice to have
