Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Commercial & SaaS Contracts

BeNeering is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to support the commercial operations of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have recently completed their state exam and have a strong interest in technology, commercial law, and the SaaS industry.

Requirements

• First or second state exam (Erstes or Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) completed in Germany
• Strong academic background with an interest in commercial, technology, or IT law
• First exposure to contract law, IP law, or data protection through internships, university clinics, or the Referendariat
• Fluent in German and English
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and business-minded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Genuine interest in SaaS and B2B software
