Requirements
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Postgraduate in Service Management, Projects, Digital Transformation, or Technological Operations.
- Design or implementation of help desks / service desks.
- ITSM service management or similar.
- Definition of SLA and service level agreements.
- Team size sizing.
- Operational process modeling.
- Implementation of case management and user support tools.
