Requirements
- Identifies and implements process improvements and efficiencies
- Executes project deliverables and manages implementation
- Designs programs aligned with best practices and project goals
- Troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions during implementation
- Mobilizes resources and cross-functional teams to execute innovations
- Facilitates training and handoffs to support teammates
- Works with resources to development and implementation technology based solutions as warranted
- Performs post-implementation reviews to measure success and outcomes, identifies continuous improvement opportunities
