Job Description:

In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Blue Yonder ESP solutions for Supply chain Planning. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, along with technical expertise in Blue Yonder ESP software and related technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

·Design end-to-end solutions utilizing Blue Yonder ESP module to optimize supply chain operations.

·Understand business and existing processes – draft requirements, design innovative solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation and change management, hyper-care.

·Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business requirements.

·Assist functional and technical team to identify test cases aligned to functional design and support project teams throughout the implementation process.

·Work with business to identify business scenarios for testing.

·Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems.

·Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations.

·Conduct system integrations with other ERP systems as needed.

·Develop and deliver training sessions for Business users.

·Migration Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience migrating from SCP (Supply Chain Planning) to ESP, as the current setup is SCP on-premise, and they are moving to ESP on the cloud.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data modeling for ESP.
• Proficiency in linear programming and independent modeling data for ESP.
• Hands-on experience configuring and testing planning solutions, including ESP, BY ESP, or JDA SCP.
• Ability to configure planning solutions independently and model/test plans effectively.

Required Qualifications:

·7-10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP product.

·In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices.

·Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP module.

·Expertise in Database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, systems development, and software development Life cycle

·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

·Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) is plus to have.

·Familiarity with SAP integration for ESP is a plus.
