Financial Analyst (Investment Banking)

Our client is an investment and corporate finance advisory firm supporting sophisticated transactions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. They operate with high standards, lean teams, and direct exposure to decision-makers and complex deal work.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: Investment banking, Private equity, Corporate finance, Transaction advisory
• Strong, hands-on experience with: Financial modeling, Valuation, Deal underwriting
• Proven ability to model and understand: Single-asset real estate transactions, Structured capital stacks, waterfalls, mezzanine and preferred equity
• Strong financial intuition and commercial common sense
• Full availability during CET working hours
