As our Senior Project Manager at Bakelite, you’ll help us create a better tomorrow with sustainable and innovative chemistry today. You’ll play a critical role in the success of the company, responsible for the execution of the capital plan for the division, developing project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for major capital projects. You’ll also ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and engage in strategic collaboration with peers and facility leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or chemical engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing projects, managing design and construction activities
  • Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
