Sr. Account Executive (Hunter)

The Sr. Account Executive (Hunter) at Bahwan Cybertek Group will be responsible for driving new business development through proactive outreach and relationship building with prospective clients within assigned vertical — Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech. This role requires a strategic approach to identify target markets, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales and a strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close, targeting enterprise customers with cutting-edge SaaS, AI, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at targeted accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Product Sales Specialists to build tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast using our CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual summits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of successful sales experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the IT or digital transformation sector.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud, AI, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of your assigned vertical’s challenges and ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
