Corporate Governance and Finance Manager

Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Corporate Governance and Finance Manager to be part of its fast-growing software product, Convene, in India.

The product: Convene (www.azeusconvene.com ) is an award-winning board governance application for board and executive committee meetings, already been used by FTSE 100, Fortune 500, banks, governments, etc. In a short period of five years, Azeus Convene has expanded its client base exponentially with a global footprint in over 100 countries.

Job responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing data about the company's operational costs
• Developing and analyzing cost standard and cost savings
• Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis
• Establishing costs of business processes such as administration
• Performing account reconciliations
• Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
• Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
• Advising executives and management on appropriate costing based on financial data
• Managing the company's balance sheet and accounting books
• Reporting to Head office, developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining governance, risk and compliance policies, processes and procedures

Job requirements:

• CMA first passer
• Background in a software/IT company is a plus
• Has demonstrable experience on preparing financial reports and giving recommendations based on available data
• Strong financial analysis skills
