POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a resilient, high-energy, experienced Project Manager who will be responsible to the leadership of the Company for monitoring team schedules for external and internal deliverables and supporting the daily operations of the C-Suite.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership
Implement and maintain project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
Create efficiencies in processes related to external engagements by negotiating details with external entities in support of speaking engagements, conferences, or other external events
Coordinate with stakeholders to create team-building activities and engagements to create a more cohesive company
Refine current project processes to ensure that stakeholders receive high-quality, error-free projects
Support multiple leaders on tasks relating to scheduling, travel, and communications
Create an environment of focus and accountability, by modeling our values and competencies
Manage special projects as requested
Perform additional job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience
High School degree + 10 years’ experience or Bachelors’ Degree + 5 years’ experience managing special projects at the Executive level
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address project challenges
Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet tight deadlines and quality objectives
Experience managing projects with diverse customer relationships and wide-ranging stakeholder requirements
Experience with legal environments and compliance requirements strongly desired
Highly proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
Proven to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines

Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones.
