Away is hiring a Store Planner to join their Merchandising, Planning, & Allocation team. The role is responsible for optimizing inventory investment and assortment across their 17 retail locations and digital channel.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Retail Planning, Allocation, and/or Assortment Analysis
- Experience in a multi-unit retail environment (10–50 stores)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools or Planning software (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder, SAP)
- Deep understanding of standard planning processes, including OTB, GMROI, Turn, Weeks of Supply (WOS), and Sell-Through
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to see the 'big picture' and execute'small details'
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Passion for retail and ability to connect with store teams and summarize key learnings
- Agile and motivated by a fast-paced environment
