Movu Robotics is a fast-growing international company seeking a Robotics Project Manager to lead and execute complex robotic automation projects from A to Z. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an intralogistics environment.

Requirements

• Manage and organize the execution of (inter)national robotic automation projects from A to Z
• Deliver complex, customized solutions as an experienced project manager
• Organize the project kick-off: clearly communicate objectives, structure, timeline, and approach to all stakeholders
• Develop clear and comprehensive project plans: define milestones and monitor task execution through close follow-up
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance
• Control and monitor strict budget compliance and guarantee accurate invoicing
• Ensure high-quality standards for deliverables, including interim validation and final acceptance
• Monitor deadlines and anticipate potential changes to avoid delays
• Stay vigilant to scope, time, or budget changes, identifying contract variations when necessary
• Assess and manage potential risks proactively
• Define and track success criteria for project completion
• Maintain transparent stakeholder management and effectively manage expectations throughout the project
• Organize and lead meetings, ensuring clear and consistent reporting
