Job Description- Google Dialogflow Architect (Remote - USA)

Contract duration - 9 months

We are searching for a talented and experienced Google Dialogflow Architect to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative conversational interfaces that leverage the power of Dialogflow.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust conversational agents using Google Dialogflow for various applications and platforms.
• Craft engaging and natural dialogue flows that meet user needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, product) to integrate conversational interfaces seamlessly into existing systems.
• Continuously improve Dialogflow agents by optimizing natural language understanding (NLU) and overall conversational performance.
• Implement context-aware conversations to handle complex user queries effectively.
• Integrate Dialogflow with external systems, APIs, and databases to enhance functionality and intelligence of chatbots.
• Partner with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of conversational interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Google Dialogflow and conversational AI technologies.
• Assist in creating and maintaining best practices for Dialogflow development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• GCP certification is mandatory
• Proven experience designing and developing conversational interfaces using Google Dialogflow (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Experience with building chatbots for various applications (e.g., customer service, lead generation, information retrieval).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating user-centric and engaging conversational experiences.

Bonus points:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with integrating Dialogflow with other AI services (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Machine Learning Engine).
• Experience with conversation analytics tools.
• Proven ability to document and maintain complex conversational flows.
