Full-stack Developer

Work Schedule: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Full-Stack Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, and who enjoys working on real-world, production-grade systems. You will help build and scale customer-facing websites and dashboards, internal tools and systems, as well as data-driven and infrastructure products connected to large-scale crawling, APIs, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Python/Node.
• Build and maintain front-end components using React.
• Integrate with APIs, crawlers, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Optimize front-end and back-end systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Support and improve live production systems with a focus on up-time and data accuracy.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and feature planning.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven features and data automation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development in React, including component design, state management, responsive layouts, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Experience working with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Sass, Styled Components, Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.).
• Decent back-end development skills using Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) or Node.js (Express/NestJS) to build APIs, handle integrations, and support front-end features.
• Solid understanding of Linux environments, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and back-end system design
• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to ensure smooth user experiences
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end features (UI API integration testing deployment)
• Proven experience building complex systems or large-scale systems from scratch.
• Familiarity with web crawlers, scraping tools, or data ingestion pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level or high-scale crawling systems.
• Interest or prior work in AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, or machine learning.
• Previous experience in startups or fast-paced technology companies.
• Mentorship or leadership experience with junior developers.
• Contributions to open-source or personal technical projects.
