In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic projects, provide financial insights, and develop executive-level presentations to support delivering EBIT uplift for the Americas business unit of Autoliv.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasksand aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

Strategic Analysis & Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify transformation opportunities and areas for operational improvement
  • Perform detailed financial analysis including cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and financial impact assessments for transformation initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support the development and execution of transformation roadmaps and strategic plans

Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare high-quality executive presentation materials for C-suite and board-level audiences
  • Develop compelling business cases and recommendations supported by data-driven insights
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track transformation progress and key performance indicators
  • Facilitate executive meetings and workshops to drive alignment on transformation priorities

Project Support & Implementation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation initiatives
  • Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, recommending adjustments as needed

Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful project delivery and adoption

And if you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field (Advanced degree preferred – MBA or equivalent)
  • Englishis essential and Spanishwould be helpful with BCC activities.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, FP&A or 1-2 years of experience in transformation consulting or private equity
