As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at AutoLeap, you will be responsible for helping the team in executing optimization techniques for its customers. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
- Track and report key revenue metrics, surfacing trends and insights that drive strategic decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with a clear, real-time view of pipeline and performance
- Collaborate with executive and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections
- Implement corrective actions to address gaps identified through analysis and feedback
- Improve existing processes by scaling and streamlining systems
- Research and introduce new technologies to support the growth of sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience (CX), to align requirements and ensure seamless execution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a process-oriented, analytical, or operations-focused role
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to business problems; bonus if you’ve built or deployed an AI-assisted workflow
- A strong learning mindset with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, you prefer building working prototypes over writing proposals
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in solving problems that help small businesses succeed
