Job Description

We are looking for a motivated product owner who will be managing HR products at Autodoc. In this position you will act as a Subject Matter Expert to advise on product implementations and enhancements. You'll identify and document business requirements, develop business process maps, and coordinate product releases. Your role will involve conflict resolution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and strategic promotion of product updates. Additionally, you'll manage budgets, oversee team performance, and monitor key performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on product implementation and enhancements.

Requirements Gathering

  • Identify and document business requirements.

  • Analyze and identify business value and its strategic implications.

  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Define and confirm acceptance criteria with stakeholders.

Product & Market Analysis

  • Review new product releases, demonstrate features, and obtain stakeholder confirmation.

  • Research and analyze market players, and prepare RFI/RFP.

Process Design

  • Develop 'As-is' business process maps and identify gaps.

  • Create 'Should be' business process maps.

Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and prioritize scope of work with stakeholders.

  • Plan release and change management activities.

  • Coordinate cutover activities to minimize disruptions.

  • Manage SLAs during stabilization and product support periods.

Implementation & Conflict Resolution

  • Address and resolve conflicts during product implementation.

Release Management

  • Monitor product release progress to ensure timely delivery.

  • Confirm user acceptance testing (UAT) to meet user needs.

Evaluation & Success

  • Develop strategies for promoting product updates.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks.

  • Monitor key product performance metrics.

Budget & Team Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Oversee team hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.

  • Conduct resource analysis and planning.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, with 3+ years of HR product management experience

  • Experience in implementing HR Systems like Workday, SAP etc will be a competitive advantage

  • Experience in managing projects involving the integration of complex enterprise systems

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices

  • Product / Project management certifications will be a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage backlog

  • Proficient in project management tools and software like Jira, Confluence, Miro etc

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Team management, ability to drive team performance

  • Master's degree

  • Language Skills: English B2 (Upper Intermediate) is a must
