Senior Product Manager, AUTO1 Platform (f/m/x)

• Take full ownership and define and execute the long-term product strategy for one of the AUTO1 Platform products
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation through post-launch optimization for both web and mobile applications
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple markets
• Analyze user behavior data, conversion metrics, and performance indicators to inform product decisions
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Engage directly with customers and internal users to gather feedback and validate product concepts

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment
• Background in the automotive industry, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
• Ability to understand technical challenges, work with complex data models, effectively communicate with development teams, and make educated trade-off decisions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
• You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences

As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our actively growing AUTO1 Platform team, responsible for developing and optimizing online b2b flows for car sellers across our web applications. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive product strategy and execution for flows that enable thousands of merchants to buy their vehicles through our platform.

You’ll take full ownership of new features and as well as supporting existing functionality, and deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate with our agile development teams and stakeholders across Europe to deploy state-of-the-art technology and elevate the user experience to new industry standards.
