As a People Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR processes are organized, efficient, and professional. You will work closely with our teams to create a great work environment, support our colleagues in their growth, and enable them to perform at their best.
Requirements
- completed commercial or administrative education
- first professional experience in the assistant area, office management, HR, or a comparable position
- ability to organize yourself and your tasks very structured, work independently, and never lose your overview, even in hectic phases
- high affinity for digital tools (ideally Google Suite) and handle data and numbers carefully and responsibly
- clear and empathetic communication skills - both in German and English - and handle confidential information discreetly
- proactive task taking, solution finding, and absolute reliability
