About Authorium

Government agencies manage trillions in public funds through outdated, fragmented processes that waste time, money, and human potential. Authorium transforms this reality with an AI-powered workflow platform that modernizes how government operates - from procurement and grants to legislative review and budget collaboration.

As a fast-growing company with a strong financial foundation, we've proven product-market fit by helping state agencies eliminate months of delays, streamline complex workflows, and unlock millions in operational efficiency. Our expanding customer base includes state governments, local agencies, and federal partnerships, including a SBIR Phase II with the U.S. Air Force Research Lab.

What sets us apart is our deep government expertise - 60% of our team are former government leaders who understand the unique challenges of public sector transformation. We've built a no-code, modular, AI-enhanced platform with enterprise-grade security (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, StateRAMP, and soon FedRAMP) that adapts to complex government processes while delivering measurable results in weeks, not years.

Join us at a pivotal moment in government modernization. With the national focus on government efficiency and our proven platform gaining momentum across all levels of government, we're positioned to scale our impact dramatically while building the future of civic technology.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to join our team and establish our data integration practice as we scale to serve enterprise government customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead customer-facing technical implementations, build standardized integration processes, and eventually grow a team of integration specialists. This role requires a proven technical leader who can translate complex customer requirements into elegant integration solutions while building scalable delivery processes.

You will be responsible for transforming our integration capabilities from ad-hoc implementations to enterprise-grade, repeatable processes that support our government customers and rapid growth trajectory. • Create comprehensive documentation templates, best practices, and reusable integration patterns
  • Develop UAT scripts, QA processes, and cutover planning frameworks
  • Build integration governance standards that ensure security, compliance, and scalability
  • Partner with Product team to expand APIs and platform capabilities based on customer integration needs

Technical Implementation

  • Architect data integration solutions using ETLWorks and other enterprise integration platforms
  • Design and implement data flows between Authorium and customer systems (Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP, custom databases)
  • Develop integration patterns including publish/subscribe, batch processing, and real-time data synchronization
  • Ensure integrations meet government compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, StateRAMP, FedRAMP)
  • Collaborate with our data integration engineer on technical implementation

Strategic Planning & Team Building

  • Define integration platform strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business growth
  • Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and architectural approaches
  • Plan for scaling integration capabilities to support 100+ enterprise customers
  • Hire and develop integration team members as business grows
  • Establish performance metrics and success criteria for integration delivery
