Atkore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Florida Region. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role and/or industry. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and market share growth on all Atkore products across our business units through the development and execution of our strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Drive continued growth for our product portfolio of municipal and plumbing products
- Educate, train & develop our Sales Agents and end users on products
- Enter, track, manage, and report on projects, opportunities, and territory sales plans
- Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
- Manage performance of Sales Agents and make changes as warranted
- Conduct sales objective reviews by product for all agencies and each direct salesperson
- Assist in the evaluation and processing of field quality complaints and returns
- Manage travel & entertainment expenses in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete other projects, initiatives, duties, and responsibilities as required
