Requirements
- 2-5 years of implementation, project management, customer onboarding, or technical customer success experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders
- Track record of building structure from ambiguity
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
