Requirements

• Strategic implementation of best recruiting practices
• Source, recruit, and interview candidates
• Manage all activities related to the operations and maintenance of active candidate inventory and passive candidate network
• Meet ongoing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of all clients & accounts assigned
• Support and sustain a positive candidate relationship
• Resolve candidate questions, suggestions, and grievances
• Maintain consistent documentation of all fulfillment activity
• Research and reconcile timesheet discrepancies and/or missing timesheets
• Support the training and development of other recruiters within the department
