ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (Intermediate) to support the CECOM SEC’s enterprise IT service management modernization. This role focuses on building and maintaining ServiceNow applications that streamline ticketing, workflow automation, and configuration management across SEC systems. This position works as part of a collaborative, multi-platform Low-Code Center of Excellence (LCCoE) team that includes Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Army Vantage developers. Team members share best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and support integrated modernization projects across the Army enterprise. You will support integration with other Army systems, improve user experiences, and deliver automated workflows that reduce manual processes and improve mission response time. Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop catalog items, business rules, UI scripts, and workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other DoD or low-code platforms.
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and design reviews.
- Create documentation, training, and release notes for new capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technical discipline preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years’ ServiceNow development experience.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and REST integrations.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer.
- DoD or Army ITSM experience.
- ITIL certification or equivalent.
