ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences are looking for a results-oriented Software Developer, Systems Software (SharePoint/MS0365) in support of our Federal USDA client.

ASRC Federal is seeking a motivated Senior Software Developer specializing in SharePoint and Office 365 environments. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems software to deliver innovative business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and drive data-driven decisions through advanced reporting and visualization techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· SharePoint & Office 365 Management: Maintain and optimize SharePoint Farms and Office 365 environments, ensuring system stability and user accessibility. Lead migrations to Office 365 and implement periodic patches for ongoing improvement.
· Power Platform Development: Develop PowerApps applications and integrate Power BI dashboards to deliver user-friendly, data-driven business solutions. Design Canvas and Model-Driven apps to meet web and mobile functionality requirements.
· Business Process Automation: Create applications with PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Develop automated solutions tailored to business needs.
· Data Analytics & Visualization: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX queries, calculated columns, and measures to support organizational decision-making. Publish and manage real-time reports for diverse stakeholders.
· SQL Server Development: Configure and maintain SQL databases, develop stored procedures, and ensure reliable data processing through automated job scheduling and Power BI Gateway management.
· End-User Training & Support: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure adoption of tools and processes. provide knowledge transfer to Information Technology specialists and technical documentation for solutions.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI for application development and reporting.
· Expertise in SharePoint 2013 administration and migration to Office 365.
· Advanced knowledge of DAX, SQL Server development, and data modeling for analytics solutions.
· Strong ability to design and integrate dashboards within SharePoint environments.
· Experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps for web and mobile applications.
· Effective collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project planning.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· A minimum of ten years’ experience in developing and supporting agency-wide enterprise systems, web applications, Azure architectures and customized Microsoft solutions in Azure, MS O365, MS Power Platform, ASP.NET, SharePoint, and eAuth/ADFS/WAP systems.
· Experience in developing and deploying enterprise applications in MS Office 365, MS Dataverse, and MS Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
· Extensive experience developing, administering, and using SharePoint 2019, Government Community Cloud (GCC), and SQL Server including experience with PowerShell scripts, Transact SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
· Experience in USDA eAuth integration, ADFS 2019, and Web Server proxy.
· USDA Active Directory domain model understanding and the ability to create custom applications integrating with the Enterprise Active Directory.
· Experience in Cloud infrastructure and operations along with experience in cloud network infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and Government Community Cloud.
